David Noyola

David Noyola is a veteran strategist who has worked in San Francisco politics for more than 12 years. As a lobbyist and consultant he has advocated to win approvals for some of the city’s biggest projects and navigated its most challenging policy debates for clients like the Golden State Warriors arena, Uber, and Airbnb. From 2006 to 2011 he served as Chief of Staff for Board of Supervisors presidents Aaron Peskin and David Chiu where he managed their legislative and political portfolios.
